No kidding. I walked out of the airport without a jacket and immediately felt the cold sear through my skin. But it's good to hear that you've got on all right. And way to go about the bike! Go get a drink at Turf tavern, wander through a College, gawk at the Bridge of Sighs, snap photos at the Great Gate of the Bodleian Library, rent a punt and float down the river, and stroll through Christ Church meadows.
