The National Age Group is finally over, which is kind of a relief, I guess. I'm really glad I swam well for the NAG. I had this nagging feeling that maybe after how I did last year, my stroke just wasn't what it quite was and I wouldn't do well at all.
Well, back to training. somehow the prospect doesn't seem as scary as it was a year ago. I actuall seem to enjoy training, and a lot more than I do the competition for some reason. Probably the lack of expectation to perform on me. Hmm... Still, it's a start.
Also, my brother came back from Oxford a few days ago, course he also left for taiwan yesterday. But he got me the skaw I saw on ebay the lat time. Really, really nice paintwork. Absolutely amazing, I wish I could paint like that. Haha... He also got me a pair of cufflinks, which are supposed to be my birthday present from my mom which he helped her get. Really, really neat ones. Gold with mother-of-pearls. Yay! :P
