Church... yet again
Went to church this morning... again... and it was JY week. We had to form groups and go look for puzzle pieces that formed a verse of the bible and then act out the virtue that we thought was in the verse. So our's was patience, proverbs 21:11 or something. something about through patience can one persuade a ruler and through it, can a gentle tongue break bone.
So, true to the verse, we had a play on a guy (based on Moses) going to the king to ask for freedom for his people. Of course, guess who got to write the script... :P Only the first half was about the virtue and then again, only the middle bit was serious at all. The whole thing was just really non-sensical. :) We also got the most laughs... :) Not that the others were really funny at all though.
Also, went jogging with U-nice around the place. Went all over, to Chinese High and also went to visit Karen. Quite fun... :)
Off to my cousins' house later to watch the match, of course, I'm cheering for Brazil. Too bad about Korea last night. My father bet on Turkey last night. Didn't know the odds, so when we asked him, he called his friend and found out it was 10:11. haha, he placed 100 pounds and won 10 pounds. :P

This... is very sad...
Neverwinter Nights is out!!! Yay! But I still can't play... *sigh* not in sec 3... so sad, just when school started. Feel so sad... *sniff*... oh well...
Even more sad since Korea lost to Germany and Turkey. And Senegal lost to Turkey... also... *sigh*
Even more sad then that is the end of the holidays. *sigh* And the big pile of homework the teachers are giving.
And I missed the science fair in school because of swimming. Well granted it was for the visiting primary school kids, but I haven't seen all the projects yet and those were the absolute best in the school. Oh well. At least Ming Jie (Mary Jane) took care of our project and nothing got stolen. If something did I woulda killed him twice over. :P
Yay, so happy with my model painting... got 18 models now, could just stare at them all day, so proud... *sniff* Well, on to the musician... stupid little model's got a horn in th mouth... so hard to paint, darn it! Grr...
Haha, also my friend started a DnD game where you can create your own race within 6 levels of experience. Haha, so we've got giant characters who can fly and cast power spells, like level-9 fireballs and lightning bolts. And we've got death dealing weapons that deal about 60+ damage a turn, record still being 103 by a friend who criticalled. He uses a character based on the God-killers from the show Eden's Bowy, you know, Jorrne.

Oh no! School!
Sigh, back to school. The holidays went so fast... oh well. Went back to school and discovered that there was actually social studies and chinese homework! But that's okay, cause the teachers didn't announce to everyone so, they gave us another week to do it. Sigh... more homework... Bleagh.
SASA inter-branch was yesterday, was individual champion for age-group and overall. Yay! Won with 6 golds and 4 records... one more than Hong Koon, whew... Should have been 6 records though, oh well, that's done with.
Finally finished varnishing my archers... That took a lot longer than expected due to unexpected delays, but at least it's done with.
Just found out that Ben managed to install and play Jiang Hu on his com, wow. Must remember to ask him to help me install it too.
Got my brother's visor now that he no longer needs it. He's got a treo now. Grr... unfair. Hmph! Oh well, at least it's still pretty good and I got a my bro's keyboard and phone attachment too. Heh heh.
Inter-school in a few weeks time.

Oh happy days!
Yay! Senegal won, so happy. I thought their other goal should have been counted, it was so close. Too bad it was off-side. Oh well, at least they won in the end. So, it's Germany, England, Senegal and Spain is winning 1-0. That puts me up 3 teams in the pool with my cousins. Lost the last one where we had to pick the last 16 teams. Had a $1 share in my mother's and father's bid. My father came so close! only 1 or 2 teams away. He was leading in the beginning too. *sigh* oh well. At least this time, it's not so bad, I'm in second place, haha. Suyin is still first with 4 all 4 teams though... grr... I hope Japan wins, that will put me neck-to-neck with her. My bro has no chace of winning already, all the other teams are the same as Suyin's, so he's rooting for other people, haha. It's just too bad I didn't like England and so I took Denmark, if not, I'd be ahead...

Yeah, finally, back at last
Finally back from trip to Bangkok. As usual, didn't shop much on the last day...
Haha, won 2 golds and 2 bronzes for the meet, yay! Haha, 100% return rate of medals for each event! Golds for 200 and 400 IM and bronzes for 100 and 200 Back. The foot massages in Thailand were quite good... :P Had one on the frist and second day.
Food there was quite limited, not a lot of meat, a lot of rice and veggie... eew. But the rice was quite good, so I survived on that. :) I also had bread and water only on the first morning there cause I didn't have milk for cereal I brought, haha.
Woke up late the third morning too, Slept real late. As in REAL LATE, and didn't hear the morning call. Jeffery heard it, but he picked up the phone, slammed it down and went back to sleep... so, we were both late and had no breakfast. Was hungry like crazy that morning. Fortunately, some great soul bought Dunkin' Doughnuts, which incidentally, was really good, and gave me one.
And on the farewell dinner, Melissa lost her purse, fortunately, I happened to walk by and after listening, got them to check with the staff... haha, good thing too, if not, they would have spent the night searching the place around the tables.
And on the last day, me and jeff almost lost the key to our room! 50 US for that small key. Almost couldn't find it, both of us panicked like crazy. Luckily, we foun it in the end, conveniently attached to the key chain, where jeff had put it earlier... :P
