Stuff.

Hmm... pretty much recovered from being sick by now. Was sick nearly the whole of last week and I missed most of my swim sessions. Haha... Jeff said they were killer. Too bad, probably would have made most of them if I hadn't swum on the saturday before while feeling so bad. Ah well, can't be helped now, just hope I get fit enough for the Grand Prix next week. So many events, so little time.

Meanwhile, I have the house pretty much to myself, as my mom has gone to Oxford to watch my brother graduate *cough*withoutme*cough*. So, I've been quite bored. I watched the whole Love Hina TV series this week. Why? Well... all because of this kid radd episode. Haha... thought it was hilarious. But hey, there's no accounting for some taste, right? Anyhow, it's still a pretty funny show. Kid Radd is pretty good too, for that matter. It's one of my favourite comics. :) You should check it out if you have the time.

Ooh, also I completed Syberia 2!! Yay... kinda. It's a great game, and I loved every minute of it. (Well, sorta, my bro was right, that fishing part was really annoying.) Anyway, it still can't really compare to Grim Fandango in my opinion. 'Course then, Grim Fandango was absolutely brilliant and my all time favourite game. Even better than monkey island. Was kinda hoping that the Sam and Max sequl would come out and that would be better, too bad it got cancelled. *mutter*StupidLucasarts*mutter* It's SAM AND MAX!!! HOW COULD YOU CANCEL IT?? Evil. Pure evil. They must be possessed. Hmm... nothing too damaging, have to have them alive so they can make the game later on. Grr...

Anyway, back to Syberia 2. It's good, but I didn't really like the ending where she's stranded out there. What's with that? Sure, Hans gets his dream (That's not a spoiler, come on, you knew that was gonna happen, didn't you?) and she gets left out there in syberia? Hmm... don't know, just seems a bit anti-climatic to me.

Inter-schools

Ahh... oh well. In the end, we only lost by 12 points. Kinda makes me wonder if we should have tried harder and placed our swimmers better. A lot of our swimmers were badly placed in the first place. But then, I never did go to discuss any of it with the people in charge. Not that I had the time to anyway. Still, it would have been nice to win the guys A Div. Trophy.

At least we won the 4X50 Free Relay. Mwahahaha. :D Ooh, glorious day. Too bad for RJ, they only had 3 fast Free swimmers with which to form the relay team, otherwise they would have won, maybe. Ah, at least I don't have to swim the relays anymore. 4 years of anchoring an underdog team is enough. The stress from the cheering crowds and having to catch up to the other team is tiring. Jeff can anchor our team relays from now on. Have fun Jeff.

Slight delay

Right. I got a new router, but it's not working. So my computer still can't access the internet. Bt don't despair, I should be updating as per usual, a.k.a. once every time I feel like it... kinda like now, as soon as I get it fixed. Which is soon. Really.
